Hadis Marami holds a PhD in Biosystems Engineering – Renewable Energy from the University of Tehran. Since January 2023, she has been affiliated with the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), where she contributes to European-funded projects including TAKE-OFF (2023–2024) and Agro4Agri (2024–2027). Her research focuses on Power-to-X technologies, e-fuels, renewable energy systems, biorefineries, wastewater treatment, nutrient recovery, process monitoring, Product Environmental Footprint (PEF), as well as techno-economic analysis and prospective SSP-based life cycle assessment. She has experience as a team member in techno-economic and life cycle assessment across multiple projects, including “FUBAF: From Urban Bio-waste to Animal Feed” (MUDP, 2019–2021), “TAKE-OFF: Sustainable aviation fuel production from CO₂ and H₂” (Horizon 2020, 2023–2024), and “Agro4Agri: Fostering the advanced use of agrochemicals for sustainable agriculture” (2025–2027).
